REFLECTIVE PRACTICE.TEACHER´S EVALUATION
After finishing the Didactic Unit the teacher can evaluate her/his own work. Because of that the self-evaluation can be a good tool. With this reflective process we can review the lessons we have taught, identify what went well and what we may need to change or improve.

The teacher can ask himself questions such as these:
• What went well/why?
• What did not go well/why?
• What changes do I need to make?
• What have I learnt?
Alternatively, we can choose one focus. For example
- Managing group/pair work
- Amount of time learners speak in English
- Effectiveness of instructions
- Success of materials/aids
- Timing of activities
- Balance of activities
We can also do this by keeping a teacher diary or by getting learner feedback. For example if we want to evaluate some activities we can give them this questionnaire. We can leave them work in groups without us being involved.

Apart from this kind of self evaluation, we can obtain lots of conclusions of the tools we have used to evaluate them in the continue assessment. With this activities in which students have to put into practice what we have learned, we can see if we´re teaching things correctly or not. Furthermore, we have to take advantage of these activities because they offer us so much information. On the one hand, we can see if the students are acquiring the vocabulary, structures and items we are teaching. On the other hand, we can see if our techniques are correct or not and as we´re doing it during the process we have the possibility to change our materials or ways to teach.
